Job Title: Crew Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Crew Leader to join our team at Subway. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, while maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders.
  • Prepare beautifully constructed sandwiches/food according to formula and in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately.
  • Use Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill.
  • Check products in sandwich unit area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image.
  • Understand and adhere to all quality standards, formulas, and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards.
  • Perform light paperwork duties as assigned.
  • Complete University of SUBWAY courses (brief online trainings) as directed.
Key Management Responsibilities:
  • Assist the restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations.
  • Learn all aspects of manager position.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Train and supervise staff members.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies.
Job Qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent.
