  • Repair and maintain machinery, including chillers, belts, pumps, and fans
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of our properties
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial property or multi-unit residential property maintenance
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements
  • Preferred certifications: HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
  • Valid driver's license may be required
  • Self-motivated, team-player, communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability
