As a seasoned Physical Therapist, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop comprehensive plans of care to address their rehabilitation needs.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
- Document patient progress accurately and effectively, ensuring timely updates to healthcare teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings within the past 5 years.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
