Job Description

We are seeking a Paralegal Advisor to join our team at Berenson & Associates, P.C. You will provide comprehensive support to attorneys' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and filing legal documents in District and Federal Courts
  • Preparing trial notebooks and accompanying lawyers in trial proceedings
  • Conducting research to support legal proceedings and cases
  • Assisting with discovery processes
  • Investigating facts to facilitate the negotiation of legal disputes
  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Managing client information and data
  • Communicating with clients and conducting intakes

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years prior experience as a paralegal
  • Familiarity with legal research methodologies
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline-driven and detail-oriented

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
