We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at Country Club Rehab & Healthcare Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality resident care and contributing to our mission of excellence.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Country Club Rehab & Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our patients. Your duties will include administering medications and treatments, preparing for and assisting with diagnostic procedures, and reinforcing health care instructions to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Prepare for and assist Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Reinforce health care instructions to patients and their families, promoting education and empowerment.
  • Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities, ensuring a collaborative and patient-centered approach.
  • Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s), maintaining open communication and collaboration.
  • Record on patient charts observations of patient responses to nursing care rendered, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Maintain environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients, ensuring a clean and organized environment.

Requirements
