Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Cornerstone Building Brands.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure personal safety and participate in all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) efforts
* Assist in daily scheduling of employees based on production volume
* Supervise employee progress, evaluate performance, facilitate layoffs, monitor absences, and initiate disciplinary actions
* Develop and maintain open communication and daily interaction with employees
* Participate in problem-solving for preventative maintenance issues
* Attend required training and participate as a trainer when necessary
