Job Summary

The Guest Services, Fitness Concierge position is a key role within The Sports Facilities Companies, providing exceptional customer service to members and guests at Morristown Landing. This position is responsible for ensuring a world-class experience for all visitors, while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to members and guests, answering questions and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain the fitness area computer system, complete rounds on the fitness floor, and ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Event Support: Assist with special events, including setup, execution, and teardown, while providing exceptional customer service to attendees.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of participant waivers, event information, and incident reports.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between members, guests, and management, providing feedback and concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with a degree in exercise science, health education, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a sport/fitness center or customer service role.
  • Certifications: CPR/AED/First Aid certification is highly recommended.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 20 pounds waist high, sit or stand for extended periods, and operate a computer and phone.
  • Uniform: Must wear proper uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
