Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide them with relevant solutions and products.
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, and manage financial center traffic and appointments effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to grow business knowledge and network, and identify opportunities to drive client growth and retention.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
- Manage cash responsibilities and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or business-related associate degree preferred.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Bilingual Spanish required; bilingual Spanish preferred.
