Job Description:

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering products to our retailers in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods to our retailers
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, adhering to company standards
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, drivers, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
Requirements:
  • Valid CDL A license
  • At least 1 year of Class A tractor-trailer on-road experience
  • No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years
  • No serious traffic violations in the past 3 years
  • No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
