Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced C.T. Technologist to work in our Jamaica, New York location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computed tomography and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of patients
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and imaging results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, (CT) certification preferred
  • Licensed technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and/or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved)
  • Vaccinated for Influenza, seasonal
