We are seeking a highly skilled Paramedic to join our Flight Team as a Flight Paramedic - Critical Care Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care to patients in need of critical care services.
- Collaborate with flight nurses and pilots to ensure safe and efficient transportation of patients.
- Participate in ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences to maintain competency in knowledge and psychomotor skills.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records in accordance with company protocols.
- Minimum of three years' experience in an ALS or critical care setting.
- Current EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area.
- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required prior to flight status.
