Job Title: Yoga Instructor

Job Summary:

The Yoga Instructor will lead group yoga classes for assigned patient groups, providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to enhance their spiritual wellness.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead group yoga classes for assigned patient groups
  • Provide demonstration of techniques, verbal cues, and hands-on direction to assist patients with proper poses, alternative poses, and breathing patterns
  • Maintain daily group progress notes and document patient progress
  • Maintain professional therapeutic boundaries with patients and protect patient confidentiality
  • Actively support the mission, philosophy, and goals of the hospital

Requirements:

  • Experience in yoga instruction and spiritual wellness
  • Ability to work with diverse patient populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
