The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $75,000-$90,000 per year, along with excellent benefits, including dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, professional development assistance, 401K, and disability insurance.

">Job Responsibilities

As a Tax Preparer at Colorado Business CPA, LLC, you will be responsible for the preparation of S-corporations, C-corporations, Partnerships and Individual Tax Returns for our visionary clients. You will also perform tax planning and implement tax strategies that maximize tax deductions and increase financial wealth for our clients, as well as communicate with tax agencies on related tax issues.

This is a full-time year-round position that requires high-end preparation of Business and Individual tax returns, comprehensive tax planning for multiple type and level clients, and ensuring timely filed tax returns.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area of study or equivalent work experience.
  • CPA or EA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a tax preparer.
  • Outstanding tax knowledge of local, state and federal regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of accounting software and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Thompson Reuters Software preferred, but not required.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
