We are seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our Nutrition Team in a Senior Living Community. As a key member of our team, you will provide medical nutrition therapy, nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for our patient population.

• Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients
• Conduct nutrition assessments and provide recommendations for diet modification
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required
• One (1) year of long term care experience, preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
