Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations, follow-up visits, and in-office procedures

Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted medical license in the state of New York or pending application
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Rheumatology
- Active DEA License or ability to obtain prior to employment
