We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in Northfield, MN. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary care teams, you will have the opportunity to work with adult and geriatric patient populations in Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care and Assisted Living environments.

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as an array of benefits designed to support your professional growth and well-being.

About the Role

  • This Speech Therapist role involves working collaboratively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized therapy plans that optimize health and function.
  • You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapy services to achieve patient goals.
  • This is a benefited position with a flexible Monday-to-Friday schedule, typically 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE).

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders program and be eligible for SLP licensing in Minnesota. CF Mentorship is available for qualified candidates.
