School-Based Support Services
Ro Health is hiring a skilled Behavioral Class Aide or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support in a school setting. As a member of our team, you will work with students in grades pre-K to high school, utilizing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) techniques.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students with special needs and working in a 1:1 or 1:multiple capacity. You will be responsible for providing behavioral and educational support throughout the day, ensuring students are on task and working towards their behavioral goals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in-person in various geographic locations, including Sacramento, Natomas, Carmichael, and Elk Grove. You will be required to stand, walk, and sit for long periods and frequently bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 pounds. Our comprehensive training program includes supervision and support to obtain a RBT certification. Additionally, you will receive commuter benefits, administrative and clinical support, and access to healthcare benefits.

To qualify for this role, you must have experience in childcare and/or ABA, an associate's degree preferred, and a high school diploma required. Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred, as well as strong assessment skills and a passion for supporting students in the learning process.
