Leadership Opportunity in Psychiatry

Amergis is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist with leadership experience to join their team in Illinois. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs)
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure delivery of psychiatric care to patients in crisis
  • Consult on complex cases and assist with patient care as needed
Requirements:
  • Active Illinois State License
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in psychiatry
  • 2+ years of experience in leadership
  • DEA Controlled Substance License
Unit Details:
  • 12-chair recovery model
  • Cerner EMR system
  • 27 total staff between PMHNPs and psych nurses
