**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Steakhouse Server to join our team at Angel of the Winds, a world-class casino resort. As a Steakhouse Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Greets and interacts with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner.
  • Recognizes and acknowledges restaurant guests as soon as possible after they have been seated.
  • Communicates menu offerings and makes recommendations to guests.
  • Serves and refills beverages, including wine and whiskey.
  • Provides exceptional guest service and ensures a memorable dining experience.

**Requirements**

  • Exceptional guest service skills.
  • Prior upscale, casual dining experience.
  • Vast wine and whiskey knowledge.
  • Ability to lift and carry a server's tray and dinner plates.

**Certifications and Licenses**

  • Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington State.
  • Washington State Health Card (Food Worker Card).
  • Washington State Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) Class 13 Servers Permit.

**Work Environment**

This is a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week work operation. The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
