Agricultural Operations Specialist

As a full-time Laborer/Truck Driver in Moccasin, Montana, you'll play a vital role in our operations. Don't worry if you don't have a CDL License yet - we're willing to help you obtain one. Your day-to-day tasks will include loading and unloading grain, agronomy, and feed products, performing scheduled maintenance and repairs, and acquiring knowledge on how to monitor and maintain grain quality, mix/load fertilizer/chemical products, and assist in loading trains.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently, including preparing trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, loading and unloading agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks, conducting and recording repairs and daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, and regularly inspecting in-use equipment.
• Maintain quality of inventory, deliver products to customer sites, and ensure accurate and on-time deliveries in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including pre-trip and post-trip reporting, proper load securement, and hours of service.
• Keep all work areas and vehicles in a clean, orderly, and safe condition, conduct regular housekeeping duties, and complete record keeping.
• Perform grounds maintenance, including snow removal and warehouse work, including driving a loader, loading/unloading inventory, forklift operation, and general maintenance.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture, follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, identify and communicate workplace hazards, and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations
• Must meet minimum age requirement

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
