Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Suppression System Inspector to join our team. As a Fire Suppression System Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire suppression systems to ensure compliance with fire codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect fire suppression systems in commercial and residential buildings to ensure they are installed and functioning correctly.

  • Test and repair fire suppression systems to ensure they are in good working condition.

  • Perform system checks to identify any code or system deficiencies.

  • Prepare accurate and timely inspection reports to document any issues or findings.

  • Report results of work completed to management and stakeholders.

  • Protect and maintain company equipment and vehicles.

  • Inspect and maintain company vehicles and equipment to ensure safe operation.

  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Work in a safe manner, adhering to company safety procedures and regulations.

  • Respond to emergency service calls as needed.

  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Experience with commercial and residential fire suppression systems.

  • Troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and resolve system issues.

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

  • Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

  • Must be flexible with scheduling requirements, including evenings, weekends, and out-of-town assignments.

  • Ability to display knowledge of fire safety principles and practices.

  • Ability to display knowledge of fire codes and regulations.

  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.

  • Ability to use or repair small/light equipment, such as power tools and ladders.

Physical Requirements
