Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant/Personal Care Assistant PT ALL SHIFTS

Claiborne Senior Living, LLC in Memphis, Tennessee, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our healthcare team on a part-time, hourly basis.

About the Role:

As a CNA or PCA, you will provide direct care and support to our senior residents, assisting them with daily living activities and maintaining their overall physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Monitor and record resident vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Administer medications as directed by the nursing staff
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Assist with simple medical procedures, such as wound care and catheterization
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and other healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Mississippi
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred
  • Must have a compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively with others
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and assist residents with mobility
