Job Summary

The Sales Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting the Digital Communications & Business Analytics Manager in creating and distributing business analytics reports for the Domestic Sales & Marketing Department. This individual will work with data sets and industry tools to provide meaningful insights for key stakeholders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute monthly ranking reports of surgical sales consultants based on methodology provided by the US Sales Director.
  • Develop and maintain sales team rosters with regional alignment, contact information, and territory names.
  • Support sales management in territory alignment based on sales and analytics data, ensuring systems impacting territory alignment are updated and maintained.
  • Execute product analysis reports as requested and directed to support the overall sales strategy.
  • Provide price analysis by territory as requested to identify opportunities to increase product pricing.
  • Assist in developing and executing contract analysis to identify underperforming/overperforming accounts under contract.
  • Coordinate with customer service to provide management with monthly new accounts reports.
  • Execute monthly stoplight reports by territory and provide to SSCs and sales management.
  • Assist in developing sales forecasts, target allocations, and rolling out quotas to the sales team.
  • Provide analysis of current and proposed compensation plans as requested by sales management.
  • Support sales management in tracking and providing updates for sales contests.
  • Track and maintain analytics to determine sales award winners.
  • Work with meeting and events coordinator to organize and maintain event lead retrieval and provide any necessary follow-up with the sales team.
  • Manage salesforce licenses and ensure new hires have access to salesforce and are assigned accounts in their territory.
  • Provide salesforce training to new SSCs and provide training/support to current SSCs as needed.
  • Research and present potential upgrades/enhancements to salesforce system and processes.
  • Audit salesforce sales data against SAP monthly to ensure consistency in reporting systems.
  • Assist in implementing email templates in salesforce as requested.
  • Develop and maintain salesforce organization to track product launch, certification, product adoption, and customer feedback within salesforce CRM.
  • Manage local peer-to-peer programs with the SSCs by managing event invitation templates, speaker communications, statements of work, honorarium setup, and coordinating with product managers on slide decks and surgeon training for presentations before scheduled events.
  • Manage design and execution of weekly social media posts.
  • Create invitations for dinner meetings, lunches, etc.
  • Assist with drafting, tracking, and delivering SOWs through DocuSign for surgeon meetings.
  • Prepare an anniversary report provided by HR to determine who will be eligible for an anniversary post on LinkedIn.
  • Prepare advertising schedule per year including due dates, specs, and submission information as well as timely execution of deliverables provided by product managers.
  • Create calendar invitations for each advertisement due date for the product manager's calendar.
  • Create media kits for domestic and international distributors including product images, logos, email blast templates, and product blurbs.
  • Execute email blasts through Constant Contact for US and OUS on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with fundamental business processes and functions.
  • An interest in using data to analyze business performance and opportunities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, high skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Google Data Studio, Salesforce CRM, and/or SAP a plus.
  • Tech savvy with computer science or technology interest.
  • Exposure to or interest in programming languages.
  • Creative, analytical mindset with a desire to learn and develop.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a focus in data science, business, finance, marketing, or related.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a financial or business analytics role.
Physical Requirements
  • Sit, stand, bend, lift occasionally lifting.
  • Ability to listen and speak with employees and vendors.
  • Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • View and type on computer screens for long periods of time.
