Our clinic specializes in integrative physical medicine, serving the Montrose community with a strong reputation for excellence in patient care. We employ innovative integrative medicine techniques to alleviate pain, promote healing, and support active lifestyles. Our diverse team includes physicians, advanced practice providers, and exceptional support staff, all working together to combine the best practices from medicine, rehabilitation therapy, chiropractic care, nutrition, and other integrative methods. Our mission is to enhance patient health and well-being through personalized care options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical, orthopedic, and functional assessments.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on their diagnoses, treatment alternatives, rehabilitation exercises, and various therapeutic modalities.
- Manage patient care, including services such as allergy testing, immunotherapy, and prescription management.
- Perform various treatments, including injections and IV initiation, while overseeing diabetes management programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current PA/NP license in Colorado.
- Experience in Orthopedics, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Neurology, Diabetes management, or Pain management is advantageous (training available for the right candidate).
- Possession of a DEA number.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a PA/NP is preferred.
- Annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $125,000, with potential bonuses based on experience.
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM; Wednesday and Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
