Responsibilities:
As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality nursing care through a systematic approach that includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will implement nursing interventions tailored to each patient's needs and administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.

Expectations:

• Assume responsibility for developing the knowledge and skills necessary for effective patient care in your designated area.


• Conduct thorough assessments and analyze patient conditions to determine the need for standard, urgent, or emergent interventions.


• Modify care plans based on assessment data, established standards, and evidence-based practices, including nursing care coordination, patient and family education, and discharge planning.

• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration in patient care.


• Uphold ethical standards in nursing practice, ensuring that patient autonomy, dignity, and rights are respected.

• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Requirements for this role include:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

• ICU/Critical Care experience is preferred
