Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst

This role is 100% remote, with the possibility of traveling to headquarters no more than once per quarter. The working hours for this position are from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Candidates located in EST or CST time zones are preferred, but all applicants must be willing to work during these hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a proactive and driven attitude to lead initiatives effectively.
- Engage in comprehensive learning of application features, develop test scripts, and execute them in collaboration with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team members.
- Log and track defects using Azure DevOps, ensuring issues are managed to resolution.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment that demands meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Act as a mini Project Manager, facilitating the progress of the project under the guidance of an overall Project Manager.
- Maintain a focus on testing primarily mobile applications, with some involvement in web applications.
- Interface effectively with both IT and business teams, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Manage the end-to-end defect resolution process and ensure comprehensive execution of test scripts.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing tests and defects within agile projects, preferably utilizing Azure DevOps.
- A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
- Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a thorough, detail-oriented approach to their work.
