Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Control System Specialist to join our team at Genesis10. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems for material handling systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot control systems, including VFDs, motors, PLCs, and electrical schematics.
  • Perform PLC control level issue diagnosis and maintenance.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, and photo-eyes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operation.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in control systems troubleshooting and programming.
  • 2+ years of experience with repair of control network components.
  • 2+ years of experience with motor controls and standard electrical components.
  • 1+ years of experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs.
  • 1+ years of experience with HMI components.
  • 1+ years of experience with industrial electrical hands-on experience and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting a range of different conveyors and sortation systems.
  • Experience with AB RS LOGIX 5000 PLC's and PLC components.
  • Experience with SCADA systems and KPI's.
