Job Title: Registered Nurse

ERP International is seeking highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time primary care opportunities in support of the Adult Medical Care Clinic (AMCC) at the Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms, CA.

About the Job

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate RNs to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with standards of care and practice, and providing health promotions, counseling, and education to patients.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care in collaboration with healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice
  • Perform physical exams and health histories
  • Provide health promotions, counseling, and education
  • Administer medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions
  • Direct and supervise care provided by other healthcare professionals
  • Accountable for making patient care assignments based on scope of practice and skill level of assigned personnel
  • Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and react in emergency situations
  • Communicate and collaborate with diverse group of people for informing healthcare team of plans/actions
  • Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate
Qualifications
  • Education: Associates Degree of Nursing
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience within the past 2 years in a primary care setting
  • License: Active, unrestricted RN license
  • Board Certification: N/A
  • Life Support Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS
  • Security: Must be able to pass a Government background check and obtain a Government security clearance
Pay Scale

$50/hr to $70/hr, to be determined based on employment options, qualifications, experience, and location
