The Conway Regional Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Interventional Unit team. As an RN in this unit, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care to individuals undergoing various outpatient procedures, including cardiology, radiology, pain management, and bronchoscopy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients before, during, and after procedures, including assessment, recovery, and education.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
Requirements:
- Current, active RN license in the State of Arkansas.
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a preference for BSN degree.
- Certification in a relevant specialty is preferred.
- Basic keyboarding skills are a plus.
