Job Title: Labor and Delivery Nurse

About the Role:

As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will provide comprehensive care to expectant mothers and their newborns during the labor and delivery process. You will be responsible for supporting women throughout their labor and delivery experience and ensuring the safe arrival of their babies into the world.

Responsibilities:

* Provide antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care to expectant mothers
* Monitor maternal and fetal well-being and assess progress during labor
* Assist with pain management techniques to ensure a safe and comfortable birthing experience
* Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized birth plans and interventions
* Assist with childbirth, including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and other obstetric procedures
* Educate and support mothers and their families during the postpartum period

Requirements:

* Current RN license
* BLS certification
* Two years of recent labor and delivery nursing experience
* Strong communication and adaptability skills
