Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Inspector to join our team. As a Material Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of materials received from customers, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and sort materials upon delivery to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Operate small equipment, such as shears, balers, loaders, and forklifts, to process and prepare materials for shipment
  • Assist customers with the unloading of their materials and provide support with purchasing and inventory management
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience operating small equipment
  • 2+ years of experience working with customers in a high-volume environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory control
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
