  • Develop a strategic plan by discussing alternatives and setting objectives with the client.
  • Facilitate client access to community resources by making referrals, scheduling appointments, and fostering relationships with external organizations.
  • Document case details by maintaining accurate records of the client's situation and their responses.
  • Ensure follow-through on planned interventions through regular check-ins.
  • Support operational integrity by adhering to established policies and procedures, engaging in quality assessments, and reporting necessary modifications.
  • Adhere to legal standards at all levels by reviewing current and new regulations, ensuring compliance, and advising management on necessary actions.
  • Safeguard client confidentiality and protect organizational integrity by maintaining the privacy of sensitive information.
  • Assess discharge strategies and identify resources required for clients transitioning from care.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Licensed in the state of Wisconsin
  • Approved by the state of Wisconsin as a provider of Psychotherapy Services in a Certified Out-Patient Mental Health Clinic.
  • A minimum of 3,000 hours of post-graduate clinical experience
