Responsibilities:

As an Aerial Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of utility construction for diverse telecommunications projects. Your dedication to excellence will be key as you:

1. Install and repair aerial CATV, coaxial, and fiber optic cables.
2. Manage the placement, relocation, and removal of poles and lines to ensure optimal operation of client facilities.
3. Establish safety perimeters using appropriate signage and barriers.
4. Review project plans and specifications to guarantee adherence to approved designs.
5. Direct job site activities and maintain accurate documentation of crew time and tasks.
6. Communicate effectively with the Area Supervisor or Manager.
7. Lead in-house crews, overseeing daily schedules and productivity.

Qualifications:

About You:
You prioritize safety in your daily tasks and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work. You thrive on solving complex challenges and prefer a hands-on approach. Your experience includes:

- A minimum of 3 years in telecommunications construction.
- Familiarity with coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, and both aerial and underground construction.
- Comfort with bucket trucks and climbing poles.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations to ensure safe job execution.
- Strong understanding of CATV construction practices and field equipment.
- Relevant certifications, including OSHA 10, CPR, and Flagging.

You are capable of:
- Operating a digger derrick truck.
- Lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Working at heights of up to 35 feet.
- Reading and interpreting work orders and cable prints.
- Being available for on-call duties, including evenings and weekends.

You possess leadership qualities and are comfortable working in fast-paced, outdoor environments regardless of weather conditions.
