Greene Acres Nursing Home is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Specialist to join our team in Environmental Services. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our residents.

About the Role

This position involves performing housekeeping duties such as cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing various areas of the nursing home. You will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are clean and free of clutter, and that our residents have access to a safe and healthy environment.

Compensation

We offer an attractive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide shift premium pay of $2.00 per hour for employees hired for 2nd shift positions, and incentive pay of $2.00 per hour for employees who meet specific performance criteria.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
