Job Summary
We're seeking an Independent Living Specialist to join our Adult Community Clinical Services team. As an Independent Living Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting individuals to live as independently as possible, while providing evidence-based treatment and care within a group living environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize crisis intervention or other means to intervene during a crisis situation, following established program and Agency procedures.
- Provide support and direction for individuals requiring nighttime assistance.
- Assist individuals with all morning routines and implement all plans.
- Review and complete all required documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record, required.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
