Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced remodeler with a keen eye for detail to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and installation work at designated locations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Complete tasks assigned by the crew leader, including rough framing, drywall installation, and flooring.

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment, protecting materials, tools, and equipment.

· Adhere to all safety rules and regulations, including OSHA standards.

· Operate construction equipment, such as compound miter saws, on job sites.

· Arrive on time at various locations and participate in required company training programs and meetings.

· Conform to all company policies and procedures.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

· Valid driver's license.

· Previous experience in construction is preferred but not required.

· Ability to work extended shifts and weekends.

· Must be 18 years or older and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

· Lifting and carrying up to 120 pounds of materials and equipment.

· Mental alertness and muscular coordination required.

· Walking and carrying materials.

· Using power tools, such as drills and saws.

· Climbing stairs while carrying materials weighing 40-60 pounds.
