Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LVN - Adult Patients

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Nurse LVN, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
  • Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Documenting care provided in a timely manner
  • Providing health promotion, teaching, and training to family members
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
