Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Charlestowne Hotels. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, crafting signature cocktails, and offering recommendations on local craft beers and wines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
  • Interact with guests, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
  • Assess guests' needs and preferences, and make recommendations on drinks and menu items
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restock supplies, and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Stay up-to-date on drink recipes, ingredients, and techniques to provide exceptional service
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of mixology, including drink recipes, ingredients, and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Knowledge of local craft beers and wines, and ability to make recommendations
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, and stand for long periods
