About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Meat Cutter to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for driving sales in your area and delivering exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, communicate effectively, and develop interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
- Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations to provide high-quality products to our members.
- Be a Business Analyst: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Be a Customer Advocate: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be a Business Partner: Work closely with other departments to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and drive sales growth.
- Be a Continuous Learner: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, attend training sessions, and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
