About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Student Success Coach at Huntington Learning Center of Blaine. As a Student Success Coach, you will play a vital role in helping students in grades 6-12 achieve academic success and build confidence in their abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in reading, writing, math, and study skills
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Classroom experience and teaching certification/license preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
