Job Summary

CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness seeking a skilled Operations Specialist/Truck Driver to join our team in Langdon, ND.

Key Responsibilities
  • Under general supervision, perform general labor duties efficiently, including preparing trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, loading/unloading agricultural inputs, and conducting daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks.
  • Deliver products to customer sites in a safe, timely, and professional manner, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries.
  • Monitor and maintain quality of inventory, conduct regular housekeeping duties, and perform grounds maintenance.
  • Report any customer complaints, repair or maintenance needs, or safety concerns to supervisor.
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture, following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations.
  • Must meet minimum age requirement.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends to meet business demands.
