Pharmacy Director

• Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide high-quality patient care services.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations, including workflow optimization and process improvement.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
• Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop pharmacy staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules, including evenings and weekends.
