Job Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Ensuring cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas through thorough cleaning practices.
  2. Performing various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting.
  3. Managing waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness of housekeeping carts.
  4. Assisting with laundry duties, including washing and folding linens.
  5. Participating in training sessions and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning practices and safety procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to:
  • Lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Utilize cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
  • Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
