Barista - Montana

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at G&B Coffee LLC. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to our customers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Stay up-to-date with menu offerings and promotions, making recommendations to customers as needed

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of coffee and its preparation methods is a plus
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
