Key Responsibilities
  • Update and confirm patient information during each visit.
  • Foster a welcoming environment by establishing rapport and remembering patients' names and stories.
  • Address inquiries, alleviate concerns, respect personal boundaries, and be sensitive to individual challenges.
  • Ensure a positive experience for patients by providing empathy and support.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic mathematical abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in customer service, reception, or a related field.
