Key Responsibilities:- Conduct general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures
- Assist the Lead Maintenance and Maintenance team with tasks as needed
- Perform and assist with carpentry work, painting, and plumbing duties
- Install appliances and electrical fixtures as required
- Move appliances using an appliance dolly
- Install, repair, and re-key deadbolt locks
- Assist with resident functions as required
- Participate in an ongoing property improvement plan and preventative maintenance program
- Operate computer system to maintain and track service tickets, inventory, and maintenance reports
- High School Diploma or higher
- Understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
- Physically capable of lifting 50 or more pounds
- Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including snow blowers, lawn mowers, and small hand tools
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Good written and verbal communication skills
