We're looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Retail Associates. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel welcome and supported in our stores
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Nike products and technologies, and use this knowledge to inform customer interactions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of store appearance
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including building displays and maintaining store appearance

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
