Warehouse Coordinator Job Description

Job Summary: The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the careful handling, storing, and moving of materials and supplies to ensure the quality production of our cabinets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Core Values: Uphold the company's mission and vision by demonstrating a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Material Receipt and Storage: Assist in receiving and unloading material, equipment, and supplies, and ensure they are properly stored and organized in the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures related to material handling and warehouse operations.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate forklift and pallet jack for material transportation, and ensure proper usage and maintenance of equipment.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other assigned duties as required to support the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in material receiving and handling, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
  • Skills: Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack, knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Working Relationship: The Warehouse Coordinator will collaborate with various levels of the organization under the supervision of the Department Supervisor.

Work Environment: The role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with exposure to hazardous materials and machinery.
