Job Details

Epic Travel Staffing is looking for a Travel RN - Med/Surg 1E Shift: Nights/ 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs/week, weekends as scheduled.
Weekend Requirement: Every-other-weekend. Weekend shifts for Nights are Fri/Sat/Sun; Days are Sat/Sun.
Holiday Requirement: Holidays will depend on the needs of the unit. If the unit lacks sufficient permanent staff to cover holidays, travelers may be expected to work on those days.
Qualifications:
  • Valid West Virginia RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Strong knowledge in MedSurg, Infection Control, Isolation precautions, etc.
  • AHA BLS certification
Additional Information: Travelers are typically the first to float to other units. Floating is mandatory to any MedSurg units. If assigned to Telemetry, patients will be within the nurse's skillset. Charting System: Allscripts - Sunrise. Ratios: 1:5-6. Common diagnoses include various Infectious Diseases, Isolation cases, COVID, MRSA, C-Diff, etc.
