Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Primary Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a therapist at Rosewood, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy, serving as a liaison with families and outpatient providers. You will also interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management, participate in discharge and aftercare planning, and provide therapeutic meal support while modeling a healthy relationship with food.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client based on their unique circumstances and intersecting identities
  • Serve as a liaison with families and outpatient providers to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
  • Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management to optimize patient outcomes
  • Participate in discharge and aftercare planning to ensure successful transition back into daily life
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or related discipline
  • State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
  • Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
